Information we receive
When you complete a form, we receive the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, municipality and project details. Depending on the form, those details may include your industry, selected service or package, add-ons, budget or estimate, preferred date, website or social profiles, goals and comments.
We also record the inquiry type and identifier, source page, language and processing details such as status and submission dates. These records help us manage delivery and prevent duplicate inquiries. Hosting and security services may process technical connection data needed to serve and protect the website.
This website does not collect payments or request card numbers or bank account details. Share only the information needed to assess your project.
How we use your information
We use your inquiry information to respond through your indicated contact method, understand your business needs, prepare a recommendation or proposal and follow up on your request. We also use it to operate the forms, detect abuse, resolve delivery problems and maintain records related to those activities.
Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond to that request. Your choice about optional cookies is handled separately and is not required to submit a form.
Providers and disclosure
Information needed to handle your inquiry may pass through providers that support our operations. These may include Resend to deliver email notifications; Zapier to transfer inquiries between tools; and Dubsado to organize contacts and projects when those integrations are configured. We use Cloudflare D1 to store identifiers, processing status and dates that help prevent duplicate submissions.
We may also disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation or a valid request from an authority, or to protect our rights and the security of the website. Third-party links and tools have their own privacy policies.
Cookies, optional analytics and advertising
We store your privacy choice in your browser to remember your preferences. You can review it through Cookie preferences in the footer.
If you accept optional tools and they are configured, Google Analytics may collect information about pages visited, interactions, cookie identifiers, browser, device and approximate location to help us understand website use. When configured and after you accept optional advertising measurement, Meta Pixel may send Meta information about visits and interactions to measure campaigns and help show relevant advertising. Meta may associate that activity with information from its services and other websites, according to its policies and your preferences on those platforms. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
You can reject optional tools or withdraw acceptance through Cookie preferences and continue using the forms. Withdrawal applies to future measurement; it does not automatically delete information providers previously received. Your browser also lets you manage or delete cookies.
If your browser sends an active Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we block optional Google Analytics and Meta tools and do not allow them to be enabled while that signal is active. You can continue using forms and the website's regular features. When there is no active signal, you can control those tools through Cookie preferences. If you accept them, their providers may collect information about activity on this website and, depending on their services and settings, associate it with activity on other websites.
Retention and requests
How long information is retained depends on what is needed to handle the inquiry, provide requested follow-up, maintain records of our business relationship and meet applicable obligations. Some communications or records may be retained when needed to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation.
You can email jeniel@kinetikmkt.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you no longer want follow-up on your inquiry. We will assess the request under applicable obligations and may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We may need to retain some information for legal reasons or to maintain records of pending matters.
Changes to this policy
We will publish changes on this page and identify their effective date. If a change requires additional notice or a new authorization, we will address that before applying the change where required.
